3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.
4. Once we receive the item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition.
5. If the item(s) pass inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
