Welcome to this weeks edition of This Week in Chic! I am loving all the flirty dresses I have been spotting via Instagram lately. Spring fever is definitely in the air! Check out some of my favorite celebrity looks!
Zendaya Coleman in Ted Baker
Emily Blunt in Prada
Taylour Paige of television series Hit the Floor in British label AQ/AQ jumpsuit & Zara blazer
With all the rain we’ve been having here in Connecticut, I figured I’d pull out my favorite boots before the summer sun shows its face! I paired them some shiny high waist skinny pants and added some sass with a flowy blouse! The top is my fave because it gives me that nautical feel with the rope detail at the neckline, it’s an oldie but a goodie and that is also the importance of properly cleaning your pieces to preserve them!
Check out my look!
Jacket Forever21 | Blouse DVF | Pants Asos | Boots Louis Vuitton

How amazing was the red carpet at the Met Gala last night! So many good looks I can’t even deal!
For those of you who are unfamiliar, the Met Gala is an annual fundraising event for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute. Basically the Oscars of fashion!
Each year the Gala has a theme for all the attendees and this year it focused on Charles James, America’s Best Known Couturier.
Check out some of my favorite looks!
Rihanna in Stella McCartney
Sarah Jessica Parker in Oscar De La Renta
Blake Lively in Gucci
Dita Von Tess in Zac Posen
Just Fabulous! Amazing job sticking with the theme! Check out some of the work from the Man of the Evening, Charles James!
