In light of the current mood of the country, I wanted to shine a light on some great Black Owned Fashion Brands that I have found to have truly amazing pieces!
I have to admit, that as a self-proclaimed Fashion Influencer, I should have taken notice of these designers before such a major situation occurred, but excited for my new found awareness of them!
Some of the pieces may seem a little pricey but when you invest your dollars in quality pieces it’s always worth it!

Founded by Undra Duncan, known for its on-trend designs, luxurious fabric, and fit.
Created by Nigerian fashion designer Dumebi Iyamah, is a clothing line inspired by color and ethnic cultures.
Created by Grenada-born designer Felisha Noel, is a lifestyle brand for women with a love for travel and style.
Founded in 2015 by Thebe Magugu, a young designer based in Johannesburg, South Africa, he creates contemporary pieces for women’s ready-to-wear and accessories, celebrating African cultural roots with a modern approach. Recently seen on Issa Rae in the hot HBO series, Insecure.
